Becoming an AI Trainer on Alignerr is easy. You can simply create an account with your email address and enter your personal information (name, age, country, phone number, education and languages you know). You will be asked to submit your resume which is very important to match you with suitable projects. You are able to select your interests and types of projects you want to have.
We recommend choosing between Coding, Engineering, Mathematics, Writing or Languages as they are the majority.
After signing up, you’ll be redirected to Alignerr dashboard where you can find a list of available projects you can apply to. These projects are selected for you based on your resume, languages and interests. All projects offer an hourly rate. The range is between $20-$120/hr depending on tasks and skill.
You’ll have to apply to projects individually. This means you’ll have to submit your resume and take tests for each project. If you are accepted, you’ll be added as a contributor, invited to Slack or their internal systems and receive all tasks/training details and instructions. There will be a worker following up with you throughout the project from start to finish, sending you feedbacks and payment amount and dates.

The types of tasks you are going to take depend entirely on the project and your profile. There are tasks like AI response evaluation where you read an AI answer and decide if it’s correct, helpful or safe. Ranking and rating multiple responses is also included.
You may be invited to cognitive and reasoning labeling tasks like checking the logic of an AI’s thinking, identifying mistakes in reasoning and spotting contradictions or bias.
